How to become a member?
All applications shall be filed online.(Note: Manual application may be availed on situations that is deemed appropriate by the AGIA Membership Committee)
On-line Application Instructions:
1. Access and accomplish AGIA Membership Application Online;
2. After filling-up, click submit, after which AGIA’s acknowledgement email will be received by the applicant;
3. After evaluation has been made on the membership application, wait for confirmation email with payment details for payment of membership fee thru bank transfer.
4. Upon receipt of the email, the AGIA staff will evaluate the application and send a confirmation email for payment of membership fee thru bank transfer;
5. Proof of payment shall be sent to agiamembership@gmail.com;
Manual Application instructions:
1. Download the Membership Application Form;
2. Accomplish AGIA Membership Form;
3. After filling-up, email a copy to agiamembership@gmail.com;
4. Upon receipt of the email, the AGIA staff will evaluate the application and send a confirmation email for payment of membership fee thru bank transfer;
5. Proof of payment shall be sent to agiamembership@gmail.com;
6. The AGIA staff will issue the Official Receipt and email the copy to the applicant as confirmation of his/her membership.
The list of new members shall be submitted on a monthly basis to the Membership Committee for review and subsequent recommendation to the Board of Directors (BODs) for confirmation.
