• All interested proponents may visit/inspect the property in coordination with the AGIA Secretariat. Interested Bidders may access the Terms of Reference and Schematic and Conceptual Designs below:

• If interested, Bidders are required to submit Two (2) sealed envelopes:

1. Contains the qualification requirements;

2. Bid Proposal

• Proposal *shall be submitted not later than MARCH 28, 2023(Tuesday) at 5pm., Philippine Standard Time (PST);

• Pre-Bid Conference will be on March 21, 2023 (Tuesday) and Zoom Meeting link will be provided to the proponents email address.

NOTE:*

• In case a prospective bidder fails to meet the qualification requirements contained in the first (1) envelope, the second (2) envelope will not be opened and to be returned to the concerned Bidder.

• Any bid received after the given due date will not be entertained.

• AGIA reserves the right to validate the authenticity of the documents submitted.
